    • Designed and implemented complete hands-on Networking program featuring live infrastructure builds: students progress from physical cable termination and hardware installation through cloud platform management, gaining industry-applicable technical skills
    • Continuing  dual-credit partnerships with College of DuPage in Intro to Programming and Game Development, enabling students to earn college credit while in high school
    • Developed project-based assessment model emphasizing code quality, functionality, and problem-solving over traditional testing; students demonstrate mastery through working applications and capstone projects
  • Student Outcomes & Engagement
    • Guide students across all skill levels through differentiated, individualized instruction—providing targeted one-on-one mentorship to ensure each student progresses toward personally meaningful goals
    • Capstone projects include fully functional game prototypes (scrolling shooters, top-down adventure games with industry-inspired mechanics) showcasing student command of game engines, collision systems, and enemy AI pathfinding
    • Offer pathway to optional Web Development certification for students pursuing formal credentials
    • Create inclusive learning environment where students explore career interests in computer science with flexibility to pursue or pivot from the field based on aptitude and passion
